Eight months ago I decided to make the 200 quilts from my favorite quilt book, "Around the Block with Judy Hopkins".  At first I thought I would be able to make all 200 quilts within a year or a year and a half.  I guess I was a bit optimistic.  Life seems to have a way of slowing me down.  I am still determined to sew all 200 quilts from the 200 quilt blocks.  I'm just not going to try to figure out how long it will take.

Quilt block number twenty-two is called, "Puss in the Corner".

This is not a difficult block but you want to make sure you square up each seam.  I wouldn't try this block if you are a beginner.  It is more for an intermediate quilter.  I love how this block feels three dimensional.  Here is what it looks like when you put four blocks together.

I hope I didn't scare you off on trying this block because it is pretty impressive.  Give it a try and let me know what you think.

I think this is a wonderful quilt. I feel like I am looking through a kaleidoscope. Nice work.
